This is a six month+ contract with a global Oilfield Services Company.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. Demonstrated success in developing GIS-rich software Windows desktop applications using ESRI software development tools for the Windows platform.

2. Proficient with C# development of rich WinForm based applications.

3. Experience in developing dynamic custom layers for GIS map canvases for large amounts of time-dependent data, where the source of the layer data resides in an external database.

4. Experience in debottlenecking performance issues related to GIS map canvases and the display and animation of dynamic data layers.

5 Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is a plus.

6. Experience with Microsoft Virtual Earth and Google Maps, hosted within a rich Windows forms client, is a plus.

7. Experience in the oil and gas production domain a plus.
